Freshford and St Lachtain's Church
Five short films about a village, its church and more than fourteen centuries of continuity.

The project
Made for Ionad Lachtaín, the series covers the origins of Freshford, a chronological account of St Lachtain's, the church and annexe, the Romanesque porch and the building's conservation.
The films bring aerial views, maps, local knowledge, architectural plans and close study of the stonework together in a clear public-history format.
The five films are permanently available on an information screen in St Lachtain’s Church and online.
