Privacy & cookies

This notice explains how information is used when you browse this website or contact Old Mill Pictures, based in Kilkenny, Ireland.

Contact and enquiries

For questions about your information, contact Shane Hatton at [email protected].

When you email us, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond to your enquiry and discuss or deliver the work you request.

The media-transfer enquiry form prepares a message in your own email application. Completing the form does not send a message to us: you review and send it from your email application.

Enquiry emails are currently retained indefinitely, with no fixed deletion period. You can contact us about the information in your correspondence or request deletion; any applicable requirement to retain particular records will be considered when responding.

Website hosting

The website is hosted by HostGator and uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect its content. Delivering and securing a website involves processing technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requests for pages and images. Email is also hosted with HostGator.

This website does not currently include a visitor analytics or advertising integration.

Vimeo, YouTube and external links

Video thumbnails are served from this website. Vimeo and YouTube players are loaded only after you click to play a video, not simply when you view the page. Clicking play connects to the video provider, which may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy.

See Vimeo’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Links to other websites are governed by the policies of those websites.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking third-party content may prevent embedded videos from working.

Questions about your information

You can contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, or to request access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances. You can also contact Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
