Nine filmed visits to regenerative farms and permaculture projects around Ireland.
The series
In 2025 Old Mill Pictures followed regenerative farms and permaculture projects across Ireland for a new cycle of Bosco’s Garden Tour. Two films have been released, with seven more currently in post-production.
The series is self-produced through Bosco’s Garden, with income generated through the YouTube Partner Program on the Bosco’s Garden channel.
Shane Hatton and Diarmuid O’Riordan filmed the visits. The camera stays close to the people doing the work and to the landscapes, animals, growing systems and practical decisions that shape each place.

01Fintan White
Fintan has a 200-acre mixed organic farm at Skehana Hill in Freshford. The film follows his move towards more regenerative practices to improve soil health and biodiversity.

02Fiorbhia Farm
Brendan Guinan works with pigs, cattle and chickens through woodland and pasture.

03Ódhran Crowe
A return to Ódhran’s permaculture food forest and farm. Shane first filmed the site while it was being established; the new film revisits its no-dig growing, orchard, swales, ponds and water systems.
